Create a Professional Player Introduction – Step by Step

A player introduction is one of the most important content formats for any sports club – whether it’s a new signing, a key player, or a special announcement.
With Spieltag.Studio, you can create professional player graphics in just a few minutes.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the entire process step by step.

1. Open the Player Introduction

After logging in, go to the Create section in your dashboard.

Select:

👉 Player Introduction

This will open the editor for creating your player graphic.

2. Choose the Player Type

Next, decide whether you want to introduce a new player or an existing player from your squad.

🅰️ Add a New Player (New Player Template)

You can manually enter the following information:

First and last name
Age
Shirt number
Position
Statement
Joined from
Player photo

🅱️ Select an Existing Player from Your Squad

If the player already exists in your squad, simply select them from the list (Premium feature).

The following data will be filled automatically (and can still be edited):

First and last name
Shirt number
Position
Player image (coming soon)
Age (coming soon)

This saves time and ensures a consistent look across all your graphics.

3. Advanced Player Information (Premium)

With a Premium plan, you can display additional player details such as:

Appearances
Goals or points
Assists
Joined the club in

These statistics are displayed directly on the graphic and are perfect for matchdays, transfers or season highlights.

💡 Note:
Advanced player statistics are available in Premium plans only.

4. Customize the Player Design

Now it’s time to design your graphic.

You can adjust:

Background & colors
Image position and cropping
Text layout and style

This allows you to match your club’s branding perfectly.

5. Export Your Graphic

Once everything is ready, export your graphic in the desired format:

Square (1:1) – perfect for Instagram
Portrait (4:5) – ideal for maximum feed visibility

Your image will be generated in high quality and ready to post.
