Set Up Your Club Profile – the Foundation of Your Team
The club profile is the central place where you define all the basics for your posts.
Here you manage your logo, teams, coaches, leagues and settings — all of which are automatically used in Matchday, Result and Lineup graphics.
A well-maintained profile ensures consistent branding, saves time and makes all your graphics look more professional.
1. Upload your club logo
At the top of the club profile, you can upload your club logo.
The logo will be:
- stored centrally
- used across all post types (Matchday, Result, Cancelled, Lineup – depending on the template)
💡 Tip:
Use a PNG with a transparent background for the best results.
2. Club information & address
You can optionally enter:
- club name
- address
- postal code
- city
- sports facility
These details are not always displayed in templates, but they help keep your club and teams organised.
3. Manage your teams
You can create as many teams as your subscription allows:
- Basic: 1 team
- Pro: up to 3 teams
- Premium / PremiumPlus: up to 10 teams
For each team you can set:
- team name
- coach name (displayed automatically in the Lineup graphic)
- custom team logo (depending on subscription)
- league (e.g. Kreisliga B)
- cup competition (e.g. Kreispokal)
- friendly match label
- sport type (football, handball, …)
Additionally:
- remove team
- + add new team
📌 Important:
The coach name is displayed only if entered here.
4. Template language
You can choose which language your templates should use (50+ supported):
- German
- English
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Finnish
- ...
This automatically adjusts:
- weekdays
- date formats
- headline labels
- Matchday wording (e.g. “Home”, “Away”, “Result”)
5. Manage club members
You can invite other people from your club to create posts:
- invite members via email
- permissions are assigned automatically
- remove members
- see how many members are in use
Depending on your subscription:
- Basic: 1 member
- Pro: up to 3 members
- Premium / PremiumPlus: up to 10 members
👤 Note:
Members can create posts independently, but the club remains centrally managed.
6. Subscription & management
At the bottom of the page you’ll find your active subscription:
- current plan
- remaining duration
- upgrade options
- link to “Manage subscription”
❗ What is not part of the club profile: Player management
The player management section is a separate menu item in your dashboard.
There you manage:
- players
- shirt numbers
- positions
- player photos
These details are used automatically for:
- Lineup (schema & image-based)
- Result posts (scorers)
- upcoming features like Scorer & MotM
🔄 Club profile = overall framework
Player management = players of each team
Both work seamlessly together.
Why a complete club profile matters
- Matchday, Result and Lineup posts become much faster to create
- Logos, coaches and team names don’t need to be re-entered
- Your visuals stay consistent
- Members can start posting immediately
